Appointment Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that your pet be up to date with all vaccinations or at very least a Rabies vaccine. Please note that if you are coming in for an appointment and your pet does not have a Rabies vaccine he or she will get one so long as they are healthy enough to do so. If your pet is scheduled for surgery we require all vaccines and fecal be updated or, will be done the same day. This policy is due to your pet staying all day in our facility and they have the potential to come into contact with other patients.


To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, during the week we operate primarily by appointment.


On Saturdays, we take both appointments and walk-ins from 8:30 to 12:00, however, appointments are preferred. We are generally very busy during this time and ask that you please have patience with us. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority; this may cause an occasional appointment delay. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time


Drop Offs: For your convenience, ‘drop-off’ appointments are available. Usually we will ask you to ‘drop off’ sometime in the morning (between 7:30 and 8:00am) so our staff Veterinarian can examine your pet in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once they are done, one of our staff members will give you a call to discuss further needs and to set up a time for you to come back to talk to the doctors

Patient Arrival Policy: Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. We ask that you please keep all dogs on a short leash or in a carrier and all cats come in a carrier.

Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, and Apple Pay

Cancellation and No Show Policy: If a less than 24hours notice is given or a No-Show occurs, clients will be charged 50% of the examination fee ($30.00) which is due at the next appointment or product pick-up. We understand emergencies and life events happen, but please call the clinic to reschedule
